Fluss gold aus Austria
Mit einer Waschpfanne, einer Schaufel, einigen anderen einfachen Werkzeugen und mit etwas Glück, lassen sich wunderschöne, schimmernde Gold-Flakes in österreichs Flüssen finden.
Es war etwa 500 v. Chr.als die Kelten genug Gold fanden, um es zu schmieden und damit zu handeln. Im späten 14.Jh. begann der erste Goldrausch. Zu dessen Höhepunkt, wurden etwa 10% des weltweit gewonnenen Goldes in der Umgebung von Salzburg und Kärnten gefunden.
Die Beschaffenheit der Oberfläche ist zu einzigartig, um sie zu schmelzen. Daher verwende ich die Flakes pur und unbearbeitet, genau wie sie aus dem Fluß kommen.

Our Silver and Gold is recycled from scrap jewellery here in Austria.
Recycling precious metal does not effect the quality of the metal! Impurities are burned off and the metal is again pure and ready to be alloyed. The finished piece is stamped according with European Hallmark laws.
Recycled Gold is made up of old jewellery or old electronics. The metal is tested, melted at over 1000 degrees Celsius and refined down to original pure gold (24 karat). The Gold is again tested and then alloyed under strict European Hallmark laws.
Recycling Silver/Gold does not effect the quality of the metal!
Hallmarking is your guarantee of quality. Each piece of jewellery is both stamped for fineness and stamped with Josh O' Shea's official hallmark stamp.
